Please follow the istructions below to complete the "Contact Information Submittal
Form". This contact info will be for West Point Community Management Company
use only and will never be distributed to anyone else. This info will allow WPCM to
send out Email Blasts and other useful community information.
• Please complete the form below by filling in the blank fields.
• The fields that are marked "name", "address", "phone number" "and email" will
need to be completed first.
• Once you have filled in the fields, please enter the "4 character text" from the
image at the bottom of the form into the blank field beside the image. This is for
security purposes as well as to help verify that you have completed the form
successfully.
• Once you have completed these steps, please click the "submit" button to send
your form in to the West Point Community Management group.
