Safety Bulletin - Adams Ridge Residents

The HOA is NOT responsible for cleaning snow from sidewalks in
front of single family homes.

Individual Homeowners must maintain their property in good condition including removal of snow from sidewalks.This is for the safety of the residents and the children walking to and from the school bus stops.

Residents who DO NOT clean their sidewalks can be subject of up to a $10.00 per day fine.

Residents of Southern Valley C.A., Lost Valley C.A. and the Adams Ridge C.S.A. should check with their Sub-Association Manager for their snow removal responsibility.
