The upstairs is equipped with Qty 10 - 60" Round tables Qty 9 - 6 ft rectangular tables Approximately 100+ folding chairs 65" Roku 4K smart TV in the Large Gathering Room 65" Roku 4K smart TV in the Fireplace Room **renters must bring their own HDMI cord or USB for displaying projection and have their own streaming service subscription to stream music or shows Upstairs Kitchen includes: Refrigerator with water and ice in door Double Oven and Range Microwave Sink No utensils/serving pieces are provided ** Please note that when there are 2 different rentals upstairs, these amenities will be required to be split between both renters. |
There are 3 locations available to rent within the Adams Ridge Clubhouse. The Pool is also available to rent.
Clubhouse Rental Rental Hours are 9:00 am to 12:00 am (midnight) A $200.00 Security Deposit is required with every rental Rental Fees are as follows: Upstairs – Daily Rate Large Gathering Room: $150.00 Fireplace Room: $60.00 Both Upstairs Rooms: $200.00 Upstairs - Hourly Rate - Monday through Thursday ONLY Large Gathering Room: $50.00 / hour Fireplace Room: $20.00 / hour Both Upstairs Rooms: $65.00 / hour Community Room - Downstairs – Daily Rate (Monday - Friday) $35 for AM and/or $35 for PM The Community Room can be rented twice on any given weekday. AM rental hours are 7am – 2pm PM rental hours are 3pm – midnight Community Room - Downstairs – Weekend Rate (Saturday & Sunday) $100 daily rate Rental hours are 7am – midnight Please see the Community Room Rental Form for information about Community Event Rentals. Pool Rental - The pool is available to rent after normal operating hours. The pool may not be requested to stay open later than the listed rental hours. All rentals are for 2 hours. Rental Times: June, July and August 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm Rental Costs: $125 for two hours with 50 swimmers or less $175 for two hours with 51+ swimmers A $100.00 security deposit is required with every pool rental. |

The clubhouse is booked on a first come, first serve basis upon receipt of all forms and payments.
