Scheduled tree services will be taking place during the next several weeks beginning on November 15, 2021. These services include removal, pruning, and treating of trees that are located in common areas in the rear of the homes along Adams Ridge Boulevard, and the entrance of Kaufman Run Boulevard.
Homeowners that are affected by these services have received a postal letter.
The Blue Spruce tree in particular have been affected by diseases during the past couple of years and are starting to become unsightly to the community, as well as a potential hazard during the winter months.
For the areas where trees are being removed, planting will take place in the early spring to ensure the areas are returned to their original state. Treating and pruning of low hanging branches will also be done in addition to the removal of the dead trees. Here is a sneak peek at the clubhouse renovations. Phase I Includes the foyer and large gathering room. Included in the modern update was new paint, new flooring, board and batten trim detail, and new lighting.
Phase II will be updates to the fireplace room.
Phase III will be updates to the kitchen.
Once the clubhouse is complete it will be open for the community to come and see. Our renovations are expected to be complete by mid April. If you have a rental between now and then, all rooms are functional.
