**IMPORTANT NEWS**
- The 2025 annual meeting will be held on Monday, May 12, 2025 at 7pm at the Adams Ridge Clubhouse.
- The board has approved a new collection policy which codifies our collection process for notices, fees and fines, click here for the new policy.
- A shrub trimming opt-out form is now available for download in the SVHOA Documents section below or click here for the shrub trimming opt-out form. Forms must be received by April 30, 2025.
- Check back here for the shrub trim date. When JML notifies us, we will post it here.

As a result of the poll, Southern Valley HOA will remain with JML as the landscape vendor for 2025.
