**IMPORTANT NEWS**
- The 2026 annual meeting will be held on Monday, May 11, 2026 at 7pm at the Adams Ridge Clubhouse.
- The board has approved a new collection policy which codifies our collection process for notices, fees and fines, click here for the new policy.
- A shrub trimming opt-out form is now available for download in the SVHOA Documents section below or click here for the shrub trimming opt-out form. Forms must be submitted no later than 4/18/26. First time requests will receive 3 free opt-out signs to be placed in their mulch beds. Signs must be posted by 5/15/26. Additional or replacement signs are $5. Signs will be available at the Annual meeting.
