Scheduled tree services will be taking place during the next several weeks beginning on November 15, 2021. These services include removal, pruning, and treating of trees that are located in common areas in the rear of the homes along Adams Ridge Boulevard, and the entrance of Kaufman Run Boulevard. Homeowners that are affected by these services have received a postal letter.
The Blue Spruce tree in particular have been affected by diseases during the past couple of years and are starting to become unsightly to the community, as well as a potential hazard during the winter months.
For the areas where trees are being removed, planting will take place in the early spring to ensure the areas are returned to their original state. Treating and pruning of low hanging branches will also be done in addition to the removal of the dead trees.
