Adams Ridge currently consists of approximately 440 single-family homes and approximately 450 townhouse and condominium units.   The Adams Ridge Home Owners Association was organized in October 1993 as a not-for-profit corporation for the purpose of managing and maintaining the common property of Adams Ridge.  Membership in the Master Association is mandatory for all residents. 

There are 4 homeowner associations:
Our single-family homes and common areas are members to the Adams Ridge Home Owners Association.  Each of the residential condominiums are a member of the condominium association, Adams Ridge Condominium Association.  And, each residential town home is a member of one of two town home associations, Adams Ridge Community Service Association and Adams Ridge Southern Valley Association.  

Adams Ridge Master Homeowners Association - Adams Ridge Homeowners Association "ARHOA" serves single-family homes and oversees the common space. 

Adams Ridge Condominium Association - Adams Ridge Condominium Association "ARCA" serves the residents of  Clubside Drive and Lost Valley Drive.

Adams Ridge Community Service Association - Community Service Association "CSA" serves the residents located on Village Green Boulevard East, Village Green Boulevard West and Bush Drive.

Adams Ridge Southern Valley Home Owners Association - Southern Valley Home Owners Association "SVHOA"
serves the residents of Norwegian Spruce Drive and Southern Valley Court.​
