The Adams Ridge Home Owners Association was organized in October 1993 as a not-for-profit corporation for the purpose of managing and maintaining the common property of Adams Ridge.  Membership in the Association is mandatory for all residents. 

Adams Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc. currently consists of approximately 440 single-family homes.  In addition there are approximately 450 townhouse and condominium units, which are members of one of the following associations:
