water fitness will be held from 9:00-10:00 due to
Group Swim lessons.
We will return to regular time the following week
The “FREE” Adult Water Fitness Class and the Adult Lap Swim are back for 2017.
Starting on June 6th.
These classes are open to all Adams Ridge Residents with a valid pool pass.

Lap Swim schedule for the remainder of the season:
8/22, 8/24, 8/29, 8/31: 8:00-10:00 a.m.
8/26, 8/27: 10:00-11:00 a.m.
Water Fitness Classes for the remainder of the season:
8/21: 8:00-9:00 p.m.
8/22, 8/24, 8/29, 8/31: 19:09-11:00 a.m.
2017 Adult Lap Swim: FREE
Starting date: June 6
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Class description: A great fitness and cross training exercise. Enjoy the pool at your own pace for uninterrupted lap swimming.
2017 Adult Water Fitness Class: FREE
Starting date: June 6th
Mondays: 8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Class description: A 1 hour workout focusing on building cardio endurance, muscle strength and flexibility. Swimming skills are not necessary. Taught by an AEA Certified Aquatics Instructor.
